Roasted Greek Style Chicken

A traditional favorite that is known the world over, Greek Chicken or Kota Riganati features the quintessential Greek flavors of olive oil, lemon, garlic, and oregano.


  • 1 (3 lb) chicken
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 2 lemons, juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Marinate the chicken in the oil, lemon juice & oregano for an hour.
Rub some of the marinade inside the bird.
Bake at 375 for 1 hour or until done.
